I received this conditioner with the lid off, upside down with more than half of the product gone—it was an extremely messy clean up, all over the box and countertop and packaging when I opened it. I contacted the company on a Saturday, and they got back to me Wednesday morning and issued a refund immediately, which satisfied me. (They offered a refund, or to replace the bottle and offered a 10% discount on my next purchase, so I am quite satisfied with the customer service.)
